The National Coalition of Women of Color in Construction ,Inc  direct involvement  establishes a healthy connection to the  communities and programs  serving women of color in the green career paths The NCWCC is the only construction  organization  in the United States  that promote strategic sustainable strategies for  young women of color . We became the only women signature contractual project Labor- Management company in the United States to ensure a direct pipeline for support our young women of color.

 NCWCC B-A-Y has initiated a seamlessly comprehensive succession plan for the Youth trainees with  support from a  Strategic Alliance team of  successful minority women-owned construction firms: AFL-CIO  Women in non-traditional trades,  Department of Labor Approved JATC apprenticeship  and GED.

 NCWCC B-A-Y has general contractors, architects, specialty contractors, and material suppliers who  support the youth  program by serving on  accreditation teams, partnering with schools through Local  Building Trade Industry Councils.

 NCWCC B-A-Y steps are being taken to promote comprehensive understanding of the barriers faced  when socially economic  Youth employment  programs and women of color trainees enter into the  construction industry.
