Empowerment for Youth: Meditations to Address Bullying and Enrich Self Esteem
Denver, CO - June 9, 2011 – The recent wave of bullying is a public health crisis, according to some health experts. The media refer to it as “an epidemic of violence.” How does Denver best interrupt the cycle of violence and protect its children? Meditation coach and motivational speaker, Tracy Quantum, will address these questions and more on June 17th in his presentation at the Festival of Enlightenment. The “Festival” begins on June 13th at 9:30am at the YMCA of the Rockies Estes Park Center and ends June 19th at 7:30pm. Open to the public, registration is available on the Festival’s website.
Quantum’s presentation will focus on how self-empowerment begins when one learns the essential skill of unconditional self-love. Meditation plays a pivotal role in changing the brain chemistry to improve self-esteem, relationships, education and success.

Tracy Dyson Named Spokesperson of National Coalition of Women of Color in Construction (NCWCC)
02.23.2011– (ATLANTA)--Tracy Dyson, founder of Tracy Quantum LLC, has been named an official spokesperson for the National Coalition of Women of Color in Construction (NCWCC) and will be hosting a weekly radio show on their network NCWCC Digital Online Radio. (Show times to be announced shortly)
The NCWCC was founded in 1998 by Maggie Freeman to fill her desire to help other women gain access to the male dominated world of the construction industry. Today the NCWCC focuses on developing inclusions for businesses owned by women of color and redesigning programs that promote sustainability for both women of color and youth.
