The BAY Network is a Energy Star Partner that develop Eco Scholars and has a 21st century Integrated Information Technologies Program
The participants have real - world Green sustainable career pipelines. The Program is implemented to undeserved women of color , youth ages 18 - 28 years of age ,ex-offenders , and homeless veterans.
This Green Training is a complete sustainable work flow utilizing a number of green technologies and aligning various green strategies with regional economic recovery and growth.
We focus on Sustainable/Green Design and Construction Applications to retool undeserved young adults , female veterans and women of color who wish to enter in non -traditional green careers .

Our goal is create ECO Scholars through education ,compassion and ECO mediation to be conscientious and competent participants in helping reduce the carbon footprint on existing homes, businesses and communities.
"Thoughts affect our ecological system in ways which exceed the comprehension of the mind. Positive thoughts are essential to the survival of our beautiful earth. Concerns for the environment have recurred in diverse forms, in different parts of the world, throughout history. Resurgence of the eco- system through Go Green Meditation can transform the planet to a more Eco-friendly place.
It all begins with a positive thought and Go Green Meditation. Every thought is either creating a negative or positive condition in one's world. Although we think that these pollutants are different than our thoughts, they are not. While they may look different, thoughts are real energy. The GREEN ECO INSTITUTE program supports Veterans by providing the tools, information and community that will help Veterans gain careers in the Sustainable Green Building Designs and Construction Trades. The Veterans under the Phoenix Risings is transitional housing for veterans Retired Colonel Ida Richard and Sandy Pruitt mentor youth and women in the Program .
