About the Training Program
NCWCC Build A Youth is the only Energy Star Partner Program of its kind in the region that is building a sustainable outcome model for the underserved communities.

Program Addresses the following :
- CO2 reduction by developing eco conscious competent participants. In introducing new innovation to restructure traditional learning the program allows self development in adopting new Green global education .
- Global reduction of poverty , reverse global warming and empower disadvantaged communities .In introducing our green skills training related to , eco intro technology, green manufacture applications, products and specification. Our installers program is aerated concrete product by Aercon Florida
- Eco Self development can reduce the carbon footprint on existing homes, businesses and communities in the Young Energy Auditors Program
- Integrated Information Media Technology and Building Information Technology
- The outcomes can be measured because we video, edit and produce our program . the youth of today are digital learners allowing growth, sustainability and a GREEN 21st century approach that yield countless careers opportunities
